Hot fun in the summertime

 Hey all!

We hope you are enjoying your summer thus far and managing to stay cool in both the literal and figurative sense.

Things here at B.O.G. music have been just fine although we have been reminded by you, our faithful public that we havent been playing much locally this summer.

Well, in the name of keeping the people happy, we've done somethng about that and there are a couple of warm weather local shows coming up.

On Aug 3rd you'll find Band of Gold making our annual stop at Onderdonk Park in East Greenbush. Our thanks To The Town of East Greenbush (Thanks Carmella!) for hosting our free concert yet again.  There will be food for sale and a good time had by all so please stop on by after work.  showtime is 6pm. 

Later that week Band of Gold will be returning to one of our old haunts, the Mill Road Acres Restaurant Which is doing quite well under new management. The band will be performing from 6pm-10pm and there is a $14.95 prime rib special to boot!  Come out, bring your friends and make a night of it.  Call 783-7244 for info or reservations.  

On 8/28 Band of gold will be doing the show at the Big Box Tavern and Grill which is located at 1903 New Scotland Rd. Slingerlands. The Box is a comfortable room with good atmosphere.  A great place to see the band.  So there you go!  Three chances to see Band of Gold this summer! 

We hope to see you all out there!

In the meantime we are still working at The Belvedere Lake Campground and Old No.7 is playing a date on 7/31 at The Lake George Escape and a free concert at Evergreen commons in East Greenbush on 8/11.
